Binoculars are a great idea. The sound throughout the theater is great and the stage is very visable but it's tough to see much detail.
Bring some binoculars if your in the third tier...true story.
All the seats are pretty good. If you are in the city you can buy your tickets at the box office and save some on all the fees they charge online as well
Every seat is a good seat! No worries at all.
Every seat in the house gives a great view. I worked there doing A/V work and was impressed.
The cheapest seats are usually the box ones on the side or in the back on the 3rd tier. I've sat both places and the views are fine. If you have a box you may have to lean a bit and a corner may be hard to see, but lots of leg room and easy to get to (don't have to awkwardly nudge everyone's knees.) The 3rd tier is nice, a little far away, but you can see the whole stage well.
I feel all of the seats are pretty good
