I know that this facility provides an absolutely necessity of services to our community. I had the unfortunate experience to be a visitor recently. Not something I’m proud of, and I really appreciate the staff and what they do there. But I was physically threatened multiple times by other clients and felt very unsafe so I felt it was best to leave only after about 5 hrs of being there.

How come I cant talk to my boyfriend on the phone for a couple days? Why do they do that?

Ashley Young | Oct 10, 2018
Catie B | Oct 10, 2019

They are allowed one intake call within 48 hours of getting there then one call on the weekend. They do it to limit exposure to the outside world. They do this hoping that it will reduce temptation and relapse.

How do you get into your services and what services do you offer

Call program directly. Ask for bed availability

How many beds are in the women's dorm? Am I allowed to bring a blanket? Pillow? Is it bunkbed style sleeping? My bf spent one night at this facility and said he had to sleep on a mat on the floor. Is this true?

Ya its true but u after a day or 2 wen they know u are ok to move up to a bunk bed i spent 14 days there and. It is not that bad. Just boring but u are not directly on the floor you're on a little bed thing and then there's a mat on top of that and then he moved to a bunk bed

My roommate needs a bed how long is the wait.

hd day | Oct 10, 2018
Rob Barry | Oct 10, 2018

Usually for females its same day. Males may have a little longer wait. The key is to call and get the name of the person in need to them and then call often and even stop by as they are 24-7 but based on bed availability.
