I applied online not at west valley the one for Davis County through Ogden , so not this one in particular.. Dec 03 and it’s now February 10 I emailed my application and all my sensitive documents and not one response , I’ve called and nobody ever answered I’ve left 3 voicemails and not one returned call . :(

Dominion will keep the funds on your account and move the credit over to your new place when you turn the gas on or they will refund the program since it was assisted to you and not out of your own pocket
Not sure I sent in my application and all the required documents and called 4 times left several voicemails and this place doesn’t even call you back or help :(
They should have told you when you went to your appointment
Just a piece of mail to prove address and a pay stub if you are working. No appointment necessary.
Bring proof of income, proof of residency and that will begin the process. Very helpful and understanding.. BTW it's office visits to start up... good luck
I know November 1st they start taking applications that's a fact go to your local food bank places will have caffeine in them most likely there recreation centers like redwood rec North Northwood purpose center
