Weinstein and Randisi was very professional and helpful. They asked many questions along the way to help us make key decisions for our documents. The final results came in a great binder to keep it all organized. We would highly recommend them for anyones estate needs.

Roseanne, The laws that govern Wills and Estates are state-based. Florida has different rules about what makes a Will valid than NY does. Each state has their own rules. Your NY Wills should be given full faith and credit in Florida, but sometimes that can be a hassle for your estate to jump through those legal hoops after you pass away. Anytime a client moves to a different state, I advise clients to review their estate planning documents with an attorney who is licensed to practice law in the new state. It can simplify things greatly for your heirs. Thank you for your question, Kate
Actually, we do mean MEDICAID planning, as in helping clients qualify for Medicaid to pay for long term care costs.
