Visitors arent allowed to stay in the Lodge
Sorry not off hand but do you have a price range?
Absolutely! My daughters try to visit us every week and we do an activity (craft or game) and a meal. One daughter is 13, so it is perfectly fine for kids to visit. Anyone can visit. The restrictions are that they cannot spend the night and that they cannot go past the public areas. Just keep in mind a few things: Even if your loved one has one set of restrictions, others may have different restrictions, so making foods that like fish or even fresh grapes can bring unwanted smells or dangerous germs. Children are a wonderful delight and those who miss their grandkids love to see them play, but keep any sick ones at home. Teach them to wash hands frequently. Cancer patients tire easily, so watch for signs of fatigue and don't overstay. Fatigue lowers immune system needed to fight the disease. You CAN send letters, and each room has its own mailbox. If your loved one is at the Lodge for awhile, consider sending cards and packages.
