Honestly I want to love this place but I feel like I've been jerked all over the place by medvet. The front desk assistants have absolutely no idea which department is the right one to take your pet so I've paid to see multiple specialists in the office then just told I was booked with the wrong team but still had to pay I'm going broke because this office has no idea what they are doing. Super unprofessional and not to mention frustrating for someone who is already in distress trying to make sure that their pet is okay. If anyone were to ask me I'd tell then to find anywhere else other than medvet. Please train your staff better not all of us have endless funds.

Went with my Sister to take her elderly dog in to essentially end his suffering. Vets lied about delaying him being put down, due to the importance of x-rays so a radiologist could "immediately" respond to "the next day", only then to leave her hanging for two weeks, and now wanting her to pay another $200 just to get the results they promised 13 days ago... For. Her. DYING. DOG! Scam artists, every single one of them, I hope they don't have pets of their own based on how much they caused ours to suffer.
