The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt confident that purchasing a bird here vs online was the right investment for my family.

Traci and her store, Traci's Parrots 4 U, are fabulous! We're so fortunate and so grateful to have such a wonderful parrot store here in Utah! We bought two baby parrots from Traci in 2020 (one in January and one in June) and they've been wonderful companions :D (It's 8/22 as I write this. ) They're very healthy and well adjusted. We've fed them the pellets and chop Traci recommends and sells. From researching, they're very high quality. We're sure part of why they're so beautiful and healthy is because of the excellent food. We LOVE Traci and her staff! They were so welcoming when we started coming into the store for a few months even before we knew what kind of parrot we wanted. We stopped by regularly to see the babies they had, to ask the staff questions and to look around. When our babies were born we were welcome to visit them daily if we wanted. We've bought several cages and an aviary from Traci's (Kings & A&E brands). They're very high quality and we're very pleased with all of them. We've also bought several trees, MANY perches and MANY toys from Traci's. She sells excellent products. Traci has also been a lifeline any time we have concerns or are in a panic about something with our birds! We're just beyond grateful for all she's done for us!! Thanks Traci and all the staff at Traci's!

Listen, for being one of the only bird specialty stores in the area, Traci's gets three stars. That being said, it's pretty clear that Traci's main objective is the money, not the well-being of the birds. Large birds are kept in small cages, the prices are insanely high for the birds and toys, and a lot of the toys they sell aren't actually safe for your birds. Pro tip, if a toy has rope or string on it, it's a choking hazard. If you wouldn't give it to a baby, don't give it to your bird. That being said, they do have a wide selection of bird cages available for all different sizes of birds and ranging in quality. The prices on the cages are fair. Honestly, talking to the staff is my favorite reason to go to Traci's. It's fun swapping bird stories with other bird people and sharing tips and tricks for bird care...as long as you don't ask Traci herself. She's more concerned with selling her brand of bird pellets, which are about as healthy as giving your bird nothing but treats as their main diet and aren't even FDA approved, then she is about hearing your bird experiences. And don't even think about telling her you don't have your first bird yet.

All the employees are wearing mask and practicing social distancing. They are constantly cleaning and wiping down areas touched by other customers.
Our website is not as comprehensive, join our MeWe.com group for up to date info and answers by chatting directly with Traci. Cockatiels are done for the season, but again, the new season is just around the corner and being on Traci's Parrots 4U MeWe.com group gets you the most current info.
Yes but usually around Christmas time. Join others on Traci's Parrots 4U for the most up to date information on the babies available.
Yes Natalie we do, twice a month on the first and third Saturdays between 12 pm and 3 pm, no appt. necessary. The cost is $10 which includes wings, beak and nails as needed. Medium size birds are $15 and larger birds like macaws are $25.
I would rather get a parakeet from Traci rather than petsmart. Tracis birds are loved.
No
We do not breed budgie but sometimes have them when customers need help homing them. We currently have 1 hand tame male who is $185 with cage toys and food. He is clipped. We also have several not tame budgies not clipped sold in pairs for $75.
Not at the moment. We do have some pineapples
They're $499.00 and should have some available in about 5 weeks
Yes, we are currently taking deposits on them while they last
They post their available birds on their MeWe account and update it regularly
Sorry, we no longer breed parrotlets.
To get mine, I put my name on a waitlist and was notified when the babies were weaned. I then paid about $300 for a sweet baby tiel, a cage, and a couple toys. Well worth the wait! I got my tiel 2 years ago so I don't know if its exactly the same.
Typically we do not but feel free to call the store @ 385-474-6238 to discuss
Depends on species, all prices include brand new cage, toys and food
You can register for mewe she posts updates on birds and answers questions there.
They sell young birds, so whether they talk when they grow up is up to chance and training.
Typically yes, when in season. Most sell quickly with a deposit to secure and include cage toys and food in the price. We had sold all of them but recently one became available so if interested I would suggest heading to the store for more info
We have the occasional parakeets looking for a new home, but we do not sell normally. We do sell English budgies but now is not the season, more towards November.
Costed 400 with tax. Just recently got one and hes adorable, they'll step right on to your hand, very friendly
Yes, too many to list. We welcome you to come visit our store for details
An updated current list of all available birds can always be found on Traci's Parrots 4U MeWe.com account. We have many different species available we are currently taking deposits on.
These are hand fed captive bred birds for the most part. If you want quality companions, this is where you shop.
We breed English budgies, join us on MeWe.com for current pricing. A link can be found on our website TracisParrots4U.com
Well first, we are so sorry for your loss, especially during the holiday season. As far as the body, you usually have the same options as with most pets....burial and cremation. If those are not an option, we can connect you with a Native American for other options.
Apparently Facebook shut the page down because it is pet related which after almost 8 years seems ridiculous. Good news though, you can now follow Traci's Parrots 4U on MeWe.com where you're not censored for loving animals.
No I'm sorry, we do not typically deal with soft bill birds, mostly hook bill ones. Of course we do have a toucan lol.
No I'm sorry, that us not one of the species of Amazons we breed. You will typically see Amazons around May although we currently have Spectacled aka White Fronted Amazons that we are accepting deposits on. Please visit Traci's Parrots 4U on Facebook for any more particular questions you may have. Thank you!!
We currently have sun and green cheek conures we are accepting deposits on as far as conures go. We have sold out on cockatiels for the time being and do not breed parrotlets. Check out Traci's Parrots 4U on Facebook for the most up to date availability, choices, and information.
Probably won't see anymore until Christmas time, but we do have English budgies, they are awesome.
I would follow them on Facebook, they post pictures and prices when they have hatchlings. I know they have Green cheeks but I dont know how often they work with mutations/crossbreeding.
Charlotte Beck and Brenner Baxter I would suggest, if you have Facebook, liking and following their Facebook face. It's under Tracis Parrots 4 U. She posts babies she has available, along with pictures, stock updates on toys, etc.
The owners of the store are very knowledgeable about many varieties of parrots and their behaviors. They also allow you to bring your bird into the store so they can handle and decide what would be a good course of action. They have lots of perches, treats and toys for your bird as well. I would call the store and ask about your particular breed of bird before bringing it in.
So I should be with her for a few days and then if she is still sad than I will get her a new friend and thank you.
