Every time I've been in a branch I've waited an eternity and their employees are shockingly incompetent. Clunky online banking system. Bank communicates via mail despite boasting a robust online banking system. If you move away, close your account because it's impossible to get anything done over the phone.

If i remember correctly, you just have to deposit $25 to have an account, and then a $1 fee for the credit union co-op. So, $26 :)
