I have called 10 times in the past 2 weeks. The only person I have talked to is the receptionist transferring my call. I have two theories. A) No one in the department that I am going to actually works there. B) They don't care about those who need their help and are watching TikTok all day.

When you call and press 0 for an operator, you get a snooty old lady saying they don't do anything but discrimination between employer and employee. The website lies, they don't help with anything, and the customer service of thus place is lacking in all places!
