The 24 hour rule only applies if the employer is not a form of government. If it is a government employer they ar exempt from the 24 hour rule
What if you are on a hourly plus commission pay? Is it the hourly wage that they have to pay with in 24 hours? How long do they have to pay out the commission? What do we do as a previous employee if they haven't paid in 24 hours?
They have 72 hours if you are fired and a pay period if you are let go
