You should have an online Kohl's account. If so, sign in, go to your account, or profile settings. You will find a change email setting. That should take care of it. In addition, it might require you to remember your old email address and password.
Go to Customer Service at a Kohl's store if possible! I waited 45 minutes to connect with someone on chat on their website and then got NO help from that person! They told me to go to the store and they would help me!!???
