We were there to return an Amazon package. The sale rack for men had nice dress shirts like Hagar, Van Heusen, etc., for less than $10 with the 50% off sticker. Some nice Sonoma jeans for less than $10 but were in the 40-52 waste size (U.S ).. Lots of kitchen gadgets.

The on-line service of Kohl’s is very bad. I ordered items online cyber Monday today a few minutes ago. The Kohl’s site took my order and amount. But did not process the discount. The site said to contact them. I did call the the customer service. The guy (in Mexico call center) canceled my order in order. He doesn’t know what he is doing. It was very difficult to understand his conversation. After he kept me hold for a while. I asked his supervisor. Again, he put the music and ignored me altogether. I waited 45 minutes. While hearing the music he disconnected me by intentionally preventing me to speak to his supervisor. Now I lost my Cyber Monday orders which I made after 2 hours of search, as well as wasted an hour in Kohl’s online service. I had very high respect about Kohl’s. But this experience was unacceptable. We had good service in Kohl’s stores. The shopping at Kohl’s is good, but the online purchasing is filled with hassles. Worst experience. Pathetically it is third time that I have similar experience online shopping at Kohl’s. In contrast I had excellent service with Target when did cyber purchasing earlier today. Target’s customer friendly online purchase is the best in my experience.

Purchased my children some winter jackets here the jackets were originally $80 they were on sale for $58 which I'm very pleased with. I always enjoy shopping at this location it's very clean and very stocked up with items.
