So how exactly are we supposed to make an appointment? Everytime I call, its sending me to an answer machine saying they’re experiencing high calls, even though ive been calling everyday for 3 months now. And online, there are no appointments.

Just go in and explain that to them, and if they don't believe you, call them there just to prove it
