I just moved to the area. I love the area but billing is over the top, no other electric companies in the area, no payment arrangements to assist customers. 1 late or past due balance will have you scheduled for disconnection. Let’s get back to the basics of helping your customers and creating assistance, rebates and I have a few more ideas.

Update: they are doing better at updating us on FB when there is an outage so I’m now giving three stars. Now if they would work on customer service, specifically answering the phone. It’s a shame that PGEC can’t post updates or any information at all when our service is interrupted. All we get when we call is a canned response about no estimated time of restoration. My mom lives in a very rural area in the western part of Virginia and her electric cooperative posts a status every time there is an outage. All we hear are crickets 😡
