First time going to this Amazon facility. Load was ready when I arrived pretty easy to get to from Chester or Richmond.

Is it customary for Amazon drivers to toss packages out of the truck and not deliver them to the doorstep? Today was the second time I had a package toss out the door of an Amazon truck and the driver just pulled off. Very disappointing

Delivery ppl don't work at this facility.. we are a bulk facility we hold merchandise that we send to other Amazon facilities to fill them so they can deliver orders to customers.. but it's not fair to give a false review to a facilty that doesn't deliver to any customers. And amazon does have a customer service number you can call to complain about a delivery and they can track it to the ACTUAL delivery station that delivers to you and driver who is responsible instead of you blaming another building for something they don't even have anything to do with.
