Used to be a great place, not any more. Receptionists are rude and uncaring, Drs don't listen, nurses don't let the Dr know when you're left a message in the patient portal, admin in the next door over act like when they have to do ANYTHING, besides breathing, eating or shi++1ng it's going to kill them. Run, don't use them. I promise in the end you'll end up doing most of the work.

My primary care physician. They are busy and sometimes are a little short, especially on the phone. But love Dr. Brown, and Dr. Ricky.

I want to preference this with saying Doctor Marchal and the nurse Heather are the best and most amazing medical staff I’ve ever met. They listen to you as a patient and never try and prescribe or do anything that you do not want to try and always listen to you no matter how ridiculous you think you are. That being said every other person in this place is absolute garbage. They are rude, unhelpful, and just downright nasty. If it weren’t for the fact that my doctor is amazing I would never set foot in this place again. I’m giving it three stars simple because of them this place doesn’t deserve a single star or them.
