L Williams helped me and made the process easy and simple and was so nice . She made me feel welcome in Virginia. This is the 3rd State I registered my car in and it was the fastest . 15 minutes and 100 dollars later my car was registered in VA for three years . Thanks VA DMV system and L williams .

they won’t help you whatsoever. Will tell you what you need but won’t specify so then they’ll have you there waiting 2-3 hours to speak to someone else then they’ll tell you what you have is wrong so now you have to come back again and in the end it still won’t be the right thing…

So how exactly are we supposed to make an appointment? Everytime I call, its sending me to an answer machine saying they’re experiencing high calls, even though ive been calling everyday for 3 months now. And online, there are no appointments.

You can turn in plates at any D.M.V. Select or branch. They also have a drop box outside of the building that you can leave an attached note with the plates stating who, what, when & why...🖒
