I need to re-home my Australian Shepherd for behavioral issues. Where should I take him? I'm not aware of certain protocols but depending on the severity of said behavioral issues whether I need to leave him at a kill or no kill shelter.

You need to get him the proper training. I took my aussie here when he was 10weeks old. He will ring bells to go outside and ring the bell to come inside when he's done. He sits on command Aussie's are smart dogs its the humans who are dumb Take him to chelsi immediately! http://www.einsteink9training.com/
