It took them three months to repair the front wheels on my Snapper push mower which was covered by the warranty. We were told they only work on equipment in the order they receive it so it sat for weeks before they decided to order the replacement front wheels, which had actually fallen off. Snapper had the parts on back order which increased the delay. When I finally got the call to pick up the mower I was told it had a bent deck. It was not like that before. The mower was covered in dust stored outside in an one sided shed. In summary, if it is a simple repair, why can't they just order the parts when the job comes in?

I have been doing with east coast for years never had a bad experience till now I brought my pressure washer in to be sold and they used it and left it dirty and not presentable how I brought it in it sat there in the front over a week just with the hose thrown on top and covers in mud ect i had to take it home and clean it up my self also brought my 8 month old echo trimmer in there it was taken apart and left on the show room floor very disappointed

IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT DYED MULCH WE USE CYPRESS TREES LAST ALOT LONGER THAN DYED HARDWOOD CEDAR MULCH DOSE NOT BRAKE DOWN AS FAST AS HARDWOOD
MODEL NUMBER IS LOCATED ON REAR OF THE DECK ALONG WITH PRODUCT NUMBER I WOULD NEED THAT TO FIND THE RIGHT CABLE AND SOMTIMES THER IS A PART NUMBER ON THE CABLE. SOME ALL WHEEL DRIVE MOWERS ARE EASIER TO INSTALL SELF PROPELL CABLE
