This place sucks. Everytime I come here midmorning or early from 90 miles away all loaners are gone. Where are the used as it don't bother me to drive a used one.

I was told they don't offer loaners. Maybe that's the reason for the run around. However, with our insurance and warranty we get free rentals. Maybe try to see if they can help that way.

At least they have loaners, when I had my car fixed I was given a ride home and stuck taking the bus. You can go to any Ford dealership if it's still under warranty.

I had a great experience.
