Amazing. If you're in Phenix you have to do the summit hike. Trail 300. Bring lots of water if hiking in the day time. You can hike at night too. The city lights up the mountain.

Depends on how fast and what route you take but should be no more than hour and a half.
There is no camping on the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. It is day use only. During summer you will be ticketed if found out there past 11pm. All other times of year the preserve closes 9pm.

There are plenty of bike trails out there. Its a wide area so you can find whatever style fits you. Try trail 100.
