There are plenty of bike trails out there. Its a wide area so you can find whatever style fits you. Try trail 100.

Trail 100 ranges from easy to moderate skill level. There are some dips but generally they're fun to do. If you get scared you can always walk your bike through the Dip See Doos and continue your ride. Trail 100 is about 10 miles long so there's plenty to see.

Trail 100 is a fun one, you can start at the little parking lot off of Tatum and go over to State Route 51 where the city park is or you can go beyond that even.
