It's a neat hiking area. Best of all it is free. Great views of the city and wildlife including rabbits and roadrunners. Gets crowded and seems to be another place where pollution is popular unfortunately.

No. No WiFi on the hiking trails or at the memorial.
It has been open as of recently... a lot of trucks and rv's sleep there. I am not aware of them kicking sleepers outs. Good luck
