No, the preserve ends at 19th Ave and there's not even a trail there. The farthest west trail access point is probably Mountain view park on 7th Ave
There are several easy trails, as well as hard trails to choose from on this trail head. Parking is free.
Yes, you can. Parking pass is not required
Fairly easy. Some trails go up a mountain. I've seen kids do it and older people too. Bring lots of water no shade.
