Call bell ford for a quote, I don't know there prices ,but there service is great.
They could maybe be special ordered but maybe best bet is either online or at a tire & wheel shop.
Do not know but our Ford 350 RV was only around $59 great service and they checked everything! Nice people too.

Never go to Peoria Ford, Bell ford has great customer service.
I was told they don't offer loaners. Maybe that's the reason for the run around. However, with our insurance and warranty we get free rentals. Maybe try to see if they can help that way.
