Hands down best customer service I have ever received! I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in the past and can say Camelback Ford trumped them all! Thank you so much for making my dream of being a truck owner a reality!

Very disappointed with my experiences here. Showed up twice. First time in February for a Bronco. As soon as I said I was interested in a Bronco, everyone in the floor walked away from me, just... Walked away. So I went to another shop, and they said it's because no one was getting any Broncos anytime soon, so why waste time. Never ended up with a Bronco as Ford dealers were requiring $10-15k over sticker. I understand not wanting to waste time, but at the same time it seemed like not good customer service. Came back 7 months later for an f150. After a test drive where my sale rep knew zero about the vehicle (they were unable to answer basic questions, like whether the Powerboost engine is all electric or hybrid), I informed them I felt the price was simply too high for a used vehicle, and that the car was pretty dirty (dog hair, and the console was scuffed noticeably with hardened crumbs), so I wasn't comfortable paying that much. They then told me to drive across to the Lincoln dealer to work with the head manager. I said I wasn't comfortable with that, but they kept pushing. I offered to call the manager, they said just go in person, it's right across the parking lot. I don't care that it's across the parking lot: I'm not getting in my vehicle, driving somewhere else, only to beg for a lower price to some "man behind the curtain" who won't even pick up the phone to speak to me. That's absurd. You can make a deal here. When I told them I wasn't interested in going somewhere else negotiate , the person literally walked away. No goodbye. No handshake. Nothing. Just disengaged like a video game character and left. That's not a good customer service experience with Camelback Ford. They had a great selection, but I wouldn't be comfortable doing business with them knowing this is how they treat people not worth their time.

Look for regional office info

Is it standard practice to require customers to agree to pay $200-300 before doing warranty work or perform a safety recall? Is it just this dealership?

Scott Morris | Oct 9, 2018
J Jack Sabbath | Oct 9, 2018

Definitely not. You shouldn't have to pay anything at all for recall work and depending on your warranty it's likely you wouldn't have to pay anything for that either unless it was something not covered.

I want some info on ford chassis for an rv....do I go to ford or rv dealer ?

lisa murphy | Oct 9, 2018

I suggest you first Google it. Then if you cannot find a good answer, contact a service department of the larger RV sales and service near you. Auto dealership service departments rarely have a working knowledge on RVs
