This hotel was so unsanitary, beds had stains they the hotel it’s self was beat down like a section 8 crib. Front desk was rude he didn’t want to refund the money

Im sure it was not...my staff n i work very hard yes we need some repairs but defiantly not unsanitary n it states no refunds but if it was a reasonable reason as ur stating u would have been refunded n no bed bugs plz we do pass health inspections monthly
