Positive: Desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast bar was good. Negative: Room was not fully prepared. It was clean but there was only one washcloth and no soaps. Cleaning crew was smoking weed in rooms while cleaning and you could smell it.

Positive: The room was wonderful, with a large refrigerator - we had items to keep cold, so this was a plus. We love the bed - SO comfortable. Thank you for the extra pillows and blankets that were already in the room! Negative: No. We liked everything about this hotel.

The backslash in the kitchen had old food on it, the carpet was worn and had holes in the seams and the rail on the refrigerator shelf was broken, causing a bottle to fall out and break on the floor. Other than that, the place is nice. The pool and hot tub worked as they were supposed to and the staff was extremely friendly. Im not sure the price was appropriate for the worn down feel the room gave out.

Positive: Very nice room setup. Awesome that we had a large fridge, stove and dishwasher. Negative: Pipes had burst before our stay, so big fans and heaters were being used in the lobby common area. TV didn't work upon check in, so we had to have staff come troubleshoot.
