Updated rooms with a great layout! Especially loved that the beds were not against walls with other beds! Lobby beautiful. Staff very nice. Bathroom spacious for a Hampton. Next time we come through, this is my choice of hotel!

Great customer service and location. Although there were tons of loud youth sports players in the hotel for the weekend, so it was not a very relaxing stay). And the bathrooms are in desperate need of remodeling! Worst part about it is that there was STILL no maid service for my 5 DAY/4NIGHT stay!! And asking the maids for extra towels/necessities was useless, as they told me to go to the front desk and ask them instead! It was pretty expensive, too, so why are we paying that much, especially since we had NO maid service or room refreshing? Just a disappointment...

Staff was very attentive and kind ! Breakfast was hot and yummy every morning and coffee was hot and delicious! The pool was clean and the fitness center was up to date! Hands down a great stay 😃

When I am trying to fall asleep, I can hear people from in the pool shouting and laughing and it’s 10pm. I’m on the second floor. Also, the refrigerator makes a high pitched sound every 20 minutes. Of course I got rid of that problem, and if there’s water on the floor in the morning, well, oops, at least I got somewhat a restful night’s sleep. I was hoping for a restful night’s sleep, being this is my first time and I’m a rewards member. I won’t return here again.
