Our stay was incredible in every way. Our family was gathered for a funeral for our father, husband, brother, and grandfather. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. It is worth a trip to Davenport just to stay here! Very highly recommended!!!!

Seems nice and all, but let's fire whoever decided on the TV mounts. Great view from the bathroom? Thought this was only a hampton thing. Also, I panicked for a moment when I was in the bathroom and all the power went out. Seems when the ac kicks on it's blowing a fuse, and lights up on arc fault. If it happens again I'll get a picture with the light on. I'm no electrician, but it definitely doesn't give me a warm, comfy feeling. This hotel is popping, there were about 3 parking spots available this Monday evening at 11pm.... not a big deal, just worth taking note. However, for being so full, it is very quiet, which is a welcome change to the usual Hilton stays. And to Mr SUV with the uhaul, please jackknife yourself so you don't take up as many spots. If I were a jerk I'd have blocked you in. #DiamondByQ1

Clean and very nice rooms. However, disappointed breakfast doesn’t start till 7 on weekends. We stay in a lot of hotels for youth sports and most accommodate early start times by having an earlier breakfast or agreeing to have some breakfast ready by 6:00 or 6:30. When asked if this was an option we were instantly told no. Most hotels love repeat business so they work with us on this. Also a bit frustrating it is not allowed to consume an alcoholic beverage anywhere in the hotel besides your room. A few families wanted to gather for supper in lobby area and have a drink. We were instantly told no. Then once it turned 10:00, they started shutting the lights on and off on us. We thought it was an electrical issue, but instead it was the worker doing it, telling us lobby is closed and we have to leave. Just an awkward way to tell us to leave. After staying for 2 nights I checked out and turned keys in before 7 AM. Around 11:45 AM I noticed on my Hilton app that my room was still not checked out, even though I had my receipt. On Monday I checked my credit card online and the hotel charged me $30 more than what my receipt states. Waiting for end result on that issue. Between baseball, softball, volleyball, and basketball, our teams stay in many hotels throughout the year, especially in the Quad Cities area. Needless to stay, we will not be back to this particular hotel.

Fantastic hotel! As a former Hilton Employee of a 5-star hotel, I know what the expectation is for these hotels, and this one was perfect! Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, towels, blankets and sheets feel new. A very clean atmosphere, it was quiet and well-appointed. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m passing through the quad cities!
