Numerous maintenance issues. We were in our 3rd room before we had functioning air conditioning. Multiple other reviews mentioned the air conditioning and management said they would address it, but clearly this was an empty promise. The door on our first room had a broken latch and had to be forced open. On our 3rd room, the paint was peeling in the bathroom really bad and the handles on the shower doors were falling off and missing parts. I told the front desk about it and they said numerous other rooms had complained about their handles also. So again, a known issue that simply isn't getting fixed. We were there for 3 nights and got no housekeeping. They said it was due to covid. So because of a pandemic, they are cleaning less. There was garbage in the hallway from the rooms because they are not getting their trash emptied. It sat there the entire time we were there. If we wanted new towels, we had to go to the front desk and ask for them. The 15 dollar breakfast buffet was ok at best but certainly not worth 15 dollars. Several other guests I talked to in our group had similar issues. This hotel looks like it was very nice at one time, but now is cared for like a cheap motel in the middle of nowhere and not like the Radisson. I do not want management to post a response to this review with empty promises. If I thought they cared, I would have told them about the issues in person. I am writing this review so other potential guests can properly manage their expectations.

Cons First of all, upon arriving there was no one at the check in counter. The lady was certainly pleasant once located however occupied in the back room and the wait was easily 3-5 minutes. The hallways were clean however 2 rooms that placed room food service plates and waste in the hallway were not picked up for 3 days. The breakfast selections were fair however, there was no fruit available as listed. The rooms were never cleaned in the 4 days we were there. We requested room service, new towels and coffee packets the second day. The promised maid service never showed up. We had to get our own towels and coffee packets at the reception desk the next two days. One of the rooms had no coffee pot and had no ceiling light bulb. No one came to rectify the issue after a call was made to the front desk. Elevators were not clean and lacked guard rails. Pros On a good note, the facility appeared to be clean with new carpet, wall coverings and furniture. The dead lock on the door malfunctioned and locked us out however, the maintenance personal was able to promptly correct the problem. The staff we met were pleasant however, their follow up was terrible.

Overall unfortunately the stay here was a disappointment. Seems like the hotel had the capacity to be a good one, but wasn't quite what I expected from a Radisson. Rooms were nice overall and clean. I loved the no-carpet flooring in the spacious rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly, and view from our room over river was pretty. Building was in need of repairs. Could not enter door by parking lot because door was broken. It was very hot and we were hauling luggage. Our room door "swelled up" and after my daughter and I and then staff fumbled with key-entry card (three times) and staff tried to fix it (We waited for over an hour.) We were finally offered a new room. AC did not get very cool in room, and I had it turned as low as it would allow me to. Decay on ceiling above shower. Just seemed a bit "run-down." The hotel website did not post that the restaurant, room service, and room add-ons (I added when I made online reservation) would not be available the night we stayed there so I assumed these amenities would all be available. There were good things about this hotel for the price, but room for improvement.

I was excited to stay here because the venue we had to get to early the next day was a block away, but next time, convenience probably won't win out. We paid $205 for a Saturday night, and for the quality of the stay, it was too much. Pros: Location Employees were always nice and helpful. Cons: Floor of the room was extremely dirty when we got there. There was a hair tie on the ground next to the bed, so I know if the floor had been swept after the last guest, that wouldn't have been there. Could it have been missed? Maybe, but the rest of the floor was really dirty as well, so I don't think it was an accident. I did call and had housekeeping come sweep while we left, and that was taken care of, which I appreciate, but it's not something I expect to have to do when getting to a hotel room. The concept of an atrium style hotel sounds neat, but the rooms are not quiet at all, so if people are being loud, whether it's outside your door, on another floor, or down in the lobby, you're going to hear it in your room. I also don't know if people just let their kids run wild late at night, but it was still pretty loud at 10 p.m., with what sounded like kids running around the hallways and to other rooms. Elevators were unreliable and dirty, which led to me taking the stairs. The stairwells were pretty dirty as well. I had high hopes from the pictures, and while the convenience of the location was nice, I probably wouldn't stair here for what it cost

The hotel currently has fridges in some rooms but after renovating it will have fridges in all rooms. There are only microwaves in the 2 room suite and in the common area for guests.
Online might work
10 pm. However, ask the front desk for restaurants that deliver late. There are a few eateries that stay open late that are in walking distance as well.
