TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I was in the drive through line for 40 minutes and they told me to move forward, so the people behind me, who ordered after me, could get past me, with their food. I sat there for about 10 more minutes, and still no food. I parked and went inside to find out my order was lost, they gave me no refund but a free chocolate chip cookie. Do NOT recommend going here if you want good service!!

Food was great. But had to ask for something to clean my own table. Had a mobile order put in for dine-in *before we got there, had to ask for that as well after I saw it sitting on the counter in to go bags. Then really had to ask for our drinks. 😐 have never had that bad of service at a Chick-fil-A- pretty disappointing 😞.

Something is awry at chik fil a Davenport… look at this. I just got grilled on the “qc takeout page” for posting. I guess people around here like their food black, greenish and slimey with spots which is cool, just not my style exactly. To reaffirm my point I googled are blackish greenish eggs ok to consume(because I traditionally don’t eat them that way) and found it can be due to bacterial or fungal infection that it comes out that way. This should almost be moved up to BBB or the state health department then at that rate. You all lost a loyal customer today

almost every time i order a well done regular sandwich with no pickles, i still receive pickles anyways. I wonder if it’s due to the process of it being well done, but regardless I’m hoping this could looked into. it’s just very frustrating to have to check the bag before leaving every time (and most often having to go in doubling the time spent there) otherwise being very disappointed when opening the bag at home.
