Came in to order a quick bite before our movie. We were told before ordering they "weren't taking any more orders until after 5pm". There was a baseball team in there but didn't look as if they were too backed up. That's fine. We will spend our money elsewhere. Another iconic restaurant that's gone downhill.

While it may look appealing it was the most terrible chili 5 way i have ever had. It was too salty, no flavor, and the spaghetti noodles were way way over cooked. And now with the kiosk and you have to pick your order up you can not tell anyone about your food or the service or anything. It doesn't feel like the store or people care any more. I have always looked forward to steak and shake and sadly this visit will forever be the last. I will not ever come back if this is the "new" steak and shake it's just very appalling that things changed to the point of not being at all any kind of service. Might as well close the doors and stick it in the freezer section because i have had better meals from the frozen foods section. Steak and shake has always been the place for comfort food and be affordable. Turning it in to fast food has made it worse than any other fast food place i have been to except 1 who also changed everything. Good thing i can cook because i am going to make a copy cat. It's really a shame we cant have good service any more but what happened to the food quality?

Terrible ordered at the driver thru The burgers & fries were cold. I think they were cooked earlier than heated. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. They were bad... I through them out!!! I will never go back there again! I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy!!!

The service was awful. We tried to order a number 3 and a small fry. With the crust cut off of the sandwich because we can eat it. They messed up and even after confirming our order they didn't give us our small fry, the crust was not cut off and they claimed that they told us they couldn't. They did not. Shawn the "manager" is rude and unprofessional. We tossed the food back into the window because it was wrong and they would not refund our money and he literally threw it back at our car. Do not recommend eating here due to the lack of listening skill and customer service. Zero stars would have been more fitting. I hope they get shut down.
