Wells Fargo is SO DIFFICULT to deal with. They can open credit cards in my name without my permission, but I can’t cash a check without giving them my firstborn. WTH! ☹️

Business customer who had to wait 12 minutes in business drive up watch 3 cars in other lanes go through quickly. So I switch to those lanes only to wait another 10 minutes

We go in every payday to get cash for bills. The tellers practically know us by name. They work very fast and even during busy times we've never had to wait longer than 5/10 mins when we go inside to be helped, though they do need to work on drive through and getting people helped faster. We really enjoy the location convenience and hours reliability.

I went into this bank to put money into my brothers account because he is sick and I help pay for his medication and I am from Texas. I have never had bad service at any Wells Fargo. Very pleasant and helpful. Of course being from out of state, I always have reservations but I have never been let down. Wonderful staff.
