My husband, our employee and I just wanted a place to sleep as we had been on the road all day. When we went to check in we were greeted by a rude front desk lady, who tried to redeem herself once we were almost done checking in. Finally get to our room it was ok, could have been cleaner, the major down fall was the water pressure was horrible in the shower it just sort of dribbled out. Also we had to walk clear around to the side of the building to get in because the key card things on the doors were not working. Most likely will find a better hotel next time we are in the area.

Gross! Hallways need a good vacuum and the room we checked in to had not been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting. They moved us, but the second room wasn’t much better -looks like they have never wiped the door handles, sink or light switches EVER! Don’t stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was warm and welcoming. The lobby and common areas as well as the grounds and exterior are decor we're updated and clean. The room were also updated decor. Very clean bathroom and room. Very great for the price.

Great location! Close to places to eat, shop, movies & the Rhythym City Casino. Very comfortable bed & cozy room. The water is VERY hard & a water softening system would be very welcomed. As a Diamond member of the Wyndham chain of hotels, I wasn't given my gift upon check-in & had to ask for it. When we arrived, the hotel was out of juice, milk, & yogurt for breakfast. The coffee is WARM-not hot. 2 days in a row the temperature was the same so this might just be the coffee norm at this hotel. Staff was friendly enough, except that housekeeping knocked on our door a day ahead of our check-out & asked if we were leaving...we had paid for 2 rooms! Truckers-the parking lot is very favorable to hunker down & rest for the night.
