Overall, the stay was fine. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean enough, but there were stains on the bed covers and the carpet. The floor was also damp near the air conditioner, which makes sense, but was uncomfortable when you accidentally walk on it. Pool was fine. Not bad for the price. Breakfast was okay.

Had short on stuff rooms were not ready but the lady on lobby was so nice she was doing every effort to get us a room. The kindness in how she was so interested to make us feel walcome made me feel patient. Don't remember her name but thank you for giving my hubby who is disabled a shower chair so he can have his shower. Rooms fair comfy. Like prices I recommend to people who are not so dramatic picky because it's not bad it's decent clean if you have a problem they work with you ;) .

Our room was not ready when we arrived a 9 p.m. Hospitality upgraded us to King bed suite. This room also had 1/2 made bed, no soap or towels, some lamp lights did not work, and it took 40 minutes for towels and toiletries to be delivered. AC unit was so noisy, my husband and I couldn't sleep until it was turned off. Breakfast was characterized by luke warm coffee, shriveled sausage, and cold eggs. Avoid this place if you value your sleep. Only good point was shower water pressure was good.

The staff was all super nice! Other than that, avoid this place. It's cheap for a reason. The pool water was ice cold. I see many other reviews posting about this from months ago and it hasn't been fixed so they obviously don't care. Then when we booked, it showed breakfast was at 6. They have new breakfast hours and it didn't start until 7. We had to leave at 6:30 so we were starving. And to top it off there were tiny ants that kept crawling on the bed. It could be a nice place with some updates.
