The installer arrived within the time slot given to me by the salesman. Shortly after he arrived, he left for about an hour. It seemed that his girlfriend used his truck the night before and removed his tools. He had to purchase new tools to do the work. He wasn't too happy. He did remove my old leaf guards, which were useless for pine needles, and cleaned all the gutters. He installed additional gutter brackets and installed the new leaf filters. I have approximately 160 feet of gutters and he completed the work in about two hours. My home is a single story ranch so it made the work pretty easy. We have had heavy rain twice since the new leaf filters have been installed and both times it was during the late night hours so I wasn't able to observe their performance. There didn't appear to be any erosion of the flower beds around the house which would indicate blocked downspouts so I guess they're working as advertised. I gave the rating four stars because there was no followup by the salesman or anyone else to inspect the installation after completion. The leaf filters are guaranteed for life and the inspection would eliminate any issues if there were to be a claim filed with the company. So far, I'm satisfied with the new leaf filters and would recommend them to anyone.

They made us the budget. The person who came explained that he was going to do normal price. He made an estimate without taking measurements and said that it was only a repair. Today they called that I would only do 5% discount. When in reality he said 10%. I call that it was not so. I don't think there's any way to sign a contract without further explanation which one do you not like? So now wait for the repair how good is it.
