This is my first time at Preferred Dental of Cromwell for my routine cleaning, and I was welcomed by wonderful staff! Chris did an awesome job taking my X-rays and he was so gentle and kind. Dr. Ayaz performed my cleaning and he was very mindful and thorough throughout the process. The office was very clean and nicely decorated for the Halloween. I love that each exam room had its own Hepa filter fan in it. I am grateful I had found this place for my family. Thank you for all that you do to help us keep our dental well-being healthy!

I've been going to Preferred Dental of Cromwell for over 10+ years and I'm still ecstatic about how great their practice is. The hygienists are very professional and friendly and the Frontline staffing is phenomenal. I get asked all the time that why do I travel so far to see a dentist? When you get first class service like Preferred Dental gives I'm going to be a faithful customer, that's how good the practice is! Just got a cleaning and I feel so fresh and so clean! Instead of just pulling my tooth they're trying to get it so I have a root canal and then a crown where as all other dentists want to just yank it out!
