There is no schedule and it is also guarded with police and cameras we crossed at 3 in the morning and there were people like us and by bike the first time we crossed it it was noon and there were so many people that we could hardly walk at night I liked it a lot more.
Open 24 hours. Between 6am and 7am there are not so many people, very safe at any time.
