Hi! The park works 7am at 9 pm.
You cannot go inside the lighthouse if this is what you meant, but you can bring your date to the park

The park has an area totally dedicated to BBQ, it is not exactly in front of the lighthouse but you can clearly enjoy it's view while grilling and eating
No tour information was posted when I visited. It's also pretty small, but it is a quiet park with fun views.
