I bought the a new Tesla Model Y 2 weeks ago and it was not assembled correctly. The door was misaligned and we told them immediately. They took it over to service and readjusted it and ended up chipping paint in the door. By the way the door was still off by a bit. We had to request service which took 2 weeks. When we took it in no loaner car was given, just Uber credit which is very inconvenient when you live in a smaller city. By the end of the day the car was miraculously “fixed” and ready for pick up. When we picked it up the paint chip was still there. So here we are having to request another service which will take another 3 weeks. It’s frustrating when you spend a lot of money on a car with low quality customer service.

Unfortunately only way to reach is through customer agent. Number. You might have to wait for almost 30 to 40 minutes to talk to an agent.
Scan the QR code they have posted at the service center garage door with the camera on your phone. Don't take a pic of it, just let the phone scan it and a box should pop up on the screen that you click on and it should take you to the online form you feel out. After submitting the form they will call you. It took my phone a couple of times to recognize the QR code but it finally did. It also has on the form what to do if no one answers or your dripping the car off early. There's a drop box to the right of the door for your fob or card.
Place a service appointment to body on your app they will reach out to you.
