Excellent customer service! I was in desperate need of ostomy supplies on a Friday evening. Someone answered the phone at 5:59 (closing time is 6:00). They were kind and helpful, letting me get the necessary information I needed. She then took my order over the phone as I drove the 30 minutes to the store. She left the supplies in a secure location for me to pickup when I arrived. Truly an incredible example of customer service that is becoming more and more rare! Thank you!

I will shop here no longer for medical supplies for my wife. I've discovered that they do not warranty the products they sell. I bought Bard foley catheter bags and one of them leakked all over the floor within minutes of placement. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that I would need to take it up with Bard. That is not good customer service.

Yes they carry walkers, canes, seat cushions, shower seats and more. I've gotten a couple canes and seat cushions from them. They have a really good variety for the size of store they are.
