The park is open, there are social distancing marked off on the green lawn to relax. The only sprinkles I saw was the ones that create a mist and that is on. Hope I was helpful

I really doubt it as it is a privately run park not a Parks Dept. If you just had blankets, ok but when you start with the table and tent you'll be shut down.

Yes , but it not a water park it a kind of jets that come from the floor ant the kisds can run and play and get wet . I didn't see any other water park around there. I think that the kids can have a great time there -it's a great place to spend the evening with kids. I'm not sure but i think you can go down to the water of the east river ???

One, called Tacocina. They offer some lighter Mexican fare like tacos, chips/salsa/guacamole, etc...a few sweet treats, and some drinks, alcoholic as well as non. You can view the menu online.
