It depends on where the fireworks barges are stationed each year. In 2018, barges were stationed along the East River between 23rd Street and 40th Street (Domino is farther south across from Houston Street by comparison). In 2019, they're south of the Brooklyn Bridge, so it would be a much more limited view from Domino.
