I've been telling to myself to avoid having lunch at my desk for a while, so I went out one day on an adventure and I've found this little piece of heaven: very quite, neat, lot of space to seat, and a nice view on the east river. Definitely an hidden gem worth a visit.

An open space over looking the water welcome to the public. Greenery to sit on, also benches and tables.

No. It comes up on some NYC lists as dog friendly and maybe it used to be, but not now.
