Does anyone know if having a kids birthday party is permitted at this park. By party I mean a table set up with cake and pizza etc as well as folding chairs amd a canopy.

I really doubt it as it is a privately run park not a Parks Dept. If you just had blankets, ok but when you start with the table and tent you'll be shut down.

There's a section with public tables next to the restaurant where I've seen kids birthdays parties before. I'm guessing you have to talk to park management before to reserve it.
