Downtown Manhattan. If by subway, 6 train(green line) to the last stop Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. It's visible across the street.
Or ger the 7 train . Get off at high street. And walk across the bridge from the Brooklyn side. If walking access is what you want to do. U r then walking towards Manhattan. And the city is infront of you.walking from thw city hall side. Manhattan is on you back. U could do that,but the excitement is walking towards Manhattan. Well in my opinion. Good luck with it.
It is located in the lower Manhattan District, just near the NY City Hall! You can take the subway to City Hall Station or Fulton St Station!
Depending on where you are, assuming Midtown Manhattan, you can get to Grand Central station and take the 4, 5 or 6 subway line towards Flatbush and get out on Brooklyn Bridge station. You'll find it there.
