At least greyhound didn't have them on my trip, so bring your own drinks. There are some places in the Port Authority where you can buy things.

I traveled with Peter Pan Bus Company and the comfort was excellent, very good chairs and good hygiene in the bathroom. They do not sell water inside the bus but they do sell water in the terminal.
