The 8:30 am bus was delayed and then cancelled without warning. The next bus they were able to give us was at 2:15 pm so we went back home, waited, 6 hours before going back to the station. Originally only had 2 days in boston, cut down to 1 day due to this 6 hour change in bus time. The company did not give us any prior notice, very disappointing.

It was totally horrible. The bus was over an hour late and the staff is so rude. They were laughing and joking about a woman in a wheel chair (everyone could hear it). She eventually had to cry and I feel so sad about it. Definitely no Greyhound for me anymore.

Big disappointment on 7/31/2022. I had a 10:30 bus schedule. The bus was more than 2 hours late. Lines got extremely long. No information from port authority for over an hour about why the bus were late. I’m supposed to get to my destination about 1:30. I did did not get there until almost 3:30. I paid $60 including priority seating. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I want my money back. Unacceptable. Greyhound and port authority needs to treat people better than that. Greyhound should have back up buses in case of delays. When the bus came. That bus could not go back on the road because it was dirty. I think a passenger had a an accident on the bus possibly in the bathroom.

if negative stars were an option id give a lower rating, horrible company that will undoubtedly fail if it keeps treating costumers like trash. myself and 2 friends (along with 10-12 other people) were traveling from new York to Pittsburgh on July 6th 2022 at 1:30 am , We were all instructed to wait at gate 81/82 myself the 2 people I was traveling with and 10-12 other people were all there waiting for the bus one hour prior (12:30 am) to its scheduled departure at 1:30 am on the 6th of July , 1:30am July 6th came and went , at 1:45am a greyhound bus terminal employee approached all travelers that were waiting for the bus that it had already left from gate 64 and that we should go upstairs to get a refund, at which point customer service agent at the front desk told myself, the 2 others I was traveling with and 10-12 other furious costumers to go online to request a refund , as of this review I was only offered voucher for myself and the 2 others I was traveling with , and no explanation as to why a refund is not an option , even though greyhound is fully responsible for misinforming myself the 2 people I was traveling with and 10-12 others about the departure gate , they refused giving me (and surely the other 10-12 furious customers) a refund for a mistake that was fully greyhounds fault , I would walk from new York to Pittsburgh 10 times over and still not consider riding with greyhound ever again , save your money and rent a car or get a flight to where ever you are going because greyhound will not own up to any of its mistakes, exhaust all option before even considering greyhound and even then id cancel my trip before ever using this garbage excuse for bus service company

Albany to port authority is still 2.5 hrs. Just go there and take the subway up to GWB for a faster and probably cheaper ride.

I had the greyhound bus last sept to Syracuse. We had the bus at George Washington Bridge station to Albany, and from Albany to Syracuse. Gwb station is a nice station, not so crowded. Where are you traveling from Nona?
Yeah the one to DC stops there b4 going to DC...it is not stated on the itinerary
