Not bad. The bus arrived late, due to the traffic in Manhattan, I guess. The rest was fine.

Punctual, comfortable and economical. They don't have a station where they can wait comfortably. There is little information about the departure and arrival of buses.

In Midtown NY there is no station, it is a stop in a small open-air lot. The old man was good, on time.

Needs to be in a safer location it's too crowded and chaotic for bus and people to get to safely
